Victoria Sponge Cake


A Classic British Victoria Sponge, filled with creamy Vanilla buttercream, sandwiched with seedless Raspberry Jam. Decorated with a dusting of Neige Décor and a drizzle of fondant icing.

Store in a cool dry place. Once cut, any left-over cake should be fully wrapped in cling film or foil to prevent any dryness. Store in an air tight container.
