Scrumptiously Tangtastic! A fluffy and moist lemon sponge, filled with Lemon Curd and Lemon oil buttercream. Beautifully hand decorated with Meringue pieces and a generous drizzle of some more Lemon Curd!

Store in a cool dry place. Once cut, any left-over cake should be fully wrapped in cling film or foil to prevent any dryness. Store in an air tight container.
